SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At this time, The Queen's Grocer ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Queen's Grocer ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

The Queen's Grocer will attempt to ship the cheapest way possible and will refund the difference, if we are able to offer cheaper shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri). In November, December and the month before Easter, orders may take longer to process.  Heavy or incomplete orders may take longer to process. If you require your package by a specific date, please make a note in the comment box and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping charges are based on shipping weight, shipping distance and delivery time. We utilize USPS Priority Shipping and deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday, so an order placed on Friday would typically arrive on the following Monday. The transit time for Ground shipping depends on your zip code. All orders should arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

SALES TAX

The Queen's Grocer charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
